100 Days Project: Tapestry Cities: July 2013

The picture is a piece of street art which I photographed in Paris, I think in Montmartre. The original piece was a cyborg but with a little editing looks reasonable akin to the Bosch to allow me to stick with the rule of only using my own photos. Would credit the original artist if I knew who it was, but will post up their original art tomorrow.

Yes, the source of this picture is a sculpture by Jean Marais, located in Montmartre. I took this on my honeymoon and it ties in perfectly with this story for two reasons, which I am sure you can figure out.

Some of my favourite writers and artists will often talk about the soundtrack that they either listen to when they are working or that shape and inform the work they are creating. I thought that, every now and then, I would post some of the music that is in my head when creating the post for the day. Different days have different sounds, sometimes lighter, sometimes darker, sometimes completely unrelated to what I am doing. So here we go:
